RDTA Board Elections |

| Each year at the Annual Meeting an election is held to elect Board members. Two year terms for Board members are staggered, so that a few members are elected each year. |

You can review the most recent RDTA Election and Voting Rules in the Optimum Owner Portal under Documents, then Rules & Policies. Note that "Neither nominations from the floor nor the use of write in candidates shall be allowed in any election of Directors." Each RDTA owner is mailed a ballot. You are encouraged to sign and mail back to ensure that there will be a quorum for this election. Be careful to follow the instructions, so that your vote is valid.

| The 2025 election of Board members will be at the RDTA Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 10, 2025 to fill two Board positions for a two year term. If the required quote is not met at the April 2025 meeting, the election will be at the May 2025 meeting.
