RDTA Board Elections |

| In the past, each year at the Annual Meeting an election was held to elect Board members. Two year terms for Board members were staggered, so that a few members were elected each year. |
| Each RDTA owner was mailed a ballot, and encouraged to sign and mail back to ensure that there would be a quorum for this election. |
| The 2025 election of Board members was to be at at the RDTA Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 10, 2025 to fill two Board positions for a two year term. The Annual Meeting Minutes for the 2025 Election held in April shows that there was not a quorum. So the incumbent Board Members running will serve on the board for another year until the 2026 election. In 2026 all five seats will be up for election. Out of the five seats up for election, the three owners receiving the highest number of votes will be elected for a term of two years expiring in 2028 and the remaining two owners will be elected for a term of one year expiring in 2027.
