  • Reporting current or potential damage to complex, including graffiti, flooding, etc.
  • Reporting repair or maintenance requests for buildings, grounds, recreational facilities.
  • Request termite inspection.
  • Report bees or wasp nest

  • Inquiring about general RDTA information.
  • Requesting forms related to applying for an architectural change, registering a unit tenant, applying for a Resident Parking Permit, etc.
  • Purchase replacement cardkey for access to pool and tennis areas. (One allowed per unit)

  • Clarification of governing rules.
  • Your opinions on current issues.
  • Communications related to a specific committee - Architectural Committee, Financial Committee, Landscape Committee, Parking Committee, Recreational (Pool/Tennis) Committee.
Your message will be forwarded to the appropriate Board or Committee person, so be sure to indicate who needs to receive your message.
